We find that having a listing of the records currently available for review of assistance to the expert assisting you.

Fixed Fee Detailed Case Assessment

Our review of case records and detailed case assessment is provided for a flat fee of $1,500.00. This is substantially less than the standard fee quoted for a case “merit review” by other medical expert agencies. Further, our fixed fee case review provides you with much more information than a standard case review for merit.

This valuable service includes a thorough review of the case records by a board certified physician with expertise in the medical specialty central to your case. The expert will report to you in detail, their expert opinions on negligence, causation and damages, along with the bases of those opinions. The physician will discuss with you specific issues regarding case strengths and weaknesses; the pros and cons of litigating the case; and foreseeable expert requirements along with the associated expert fees for building a successful case outcome. In Addition, the physician will answer all of your case relevant questions, to your satisfaction. A credentialing CV will be provided for you consideration, should you wish to retain the expert. All opinions provided are qualified to the confidence of reasonable medical certainty.

Should you have specific questions the expert is not prepared to answer at the time of the case review teleconference, the expert will perform the necessary research to answer your specific questions and provide you with the answers in a follow-up teleconference, free of charge.
